A butterfly's plight  

what is more saddening

than a butterfly

who chooses to fly

abandoning its long-life mission

cutting its own blood lineage 

only to chase after a moment of bliss

to fly towards death

as if no tomorrow

although burnt is its fate

but for the light he loves

he rushes towards the fire

he knows, better than anyone

his life gonna be lost

in the sea of fire

but what one can do

if one's love is too deep

and a weak heart to top it off

yes he knows, he has better choice later

but what one can do

if love is the one in controls

instead of a wise mind

what is more saddening

than losing one's own life

and knowing it perfectly way before it

but can do nothing

except waiting for the time to come

with a relentless heart

fighting between love and life

is he a suicide or a martyr 

let the others decide

o please spare the rod

as the ship has sailed...

o what a sad plight
